Story :

I grew up in the southern part of California, USA. My family love to do active outdoors things such as camping, backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc. It was during a vacation trip to Oahu, Hawaii that I was introduced to scuba discovery diving. This new found hobby became a deep passion which led me to become Open Water Scuba Instructor certified at PADI's headquater in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. I then quit my job and did a sabbatical travel to the Asia Pacific region. Eventually, I met and became part of the ScubaJam family.

You should never have too many regrets in life, but I truly wish I had discovered scuba diving sooner. As an ‘explorer’, I am forever grateful that I discovered scuba diving. You truly explore a whole different part of our world and it's always different every time. Being 30 meters below the water, that is a pretty intense adventure! You explore areas, which are difficult to visit and relatively few people come. Scuba divers are generally relaxed and fun-loving people. If you join our dive school for a course or just for a few dives, you quickly meet fellow divers, the dive school crew, and be part of our diving community.
