The rate includes :

• Breakfast / lunch (except on 9 Jul 25) / transportation / Green tax / Nitrox / diving equipment

• Flight tickets / Dinner / Diving insurance (must have) / Tips (15 USD/day)

NOTE:

• The stated offered price is based on 2 occupancies

• Itinerary and details are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Scuba Jam control

• itinerary subject to change at any time if deemed necessary and without compensation.

Policy on reservation, payment, and cancellation :

• Scuba Jamboree Co., Ltd. reserves rights to NOT refund a deposit at any causes.

• For international trip, half of total amount is due 180 days before departure and the final payment is due 90 days before departure. Late payment will result in a trip cancellation. In a case of cancellation, Scubajam reserves rights to re-sell seat(s) to anyone.

• If a diver wants to re-sell his/her international trip to someone else, he/she needs to formally inform Scubajam before doing so

• A diver who wants to re-sell a trip can negotiate the amount of a paid deposit and/or a paid amount to a buyer directly based on both seller and buyer's private agreement

• If (1) a seller bought a trip at promotional prices AND (2) a seller still hasa remaining balance to be paid, a buyer also got those promotional prices from Scubajam.
